Right of Return
If the product you purchased from our online store does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days.
- The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags.
- Please note that care should be taken when opening the packaging.
- If the condition of the item deteriorates upon return, the Consumer is only responsible for the reduction in value if they have used the item in a way that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning. The Consumer should handle and use the item only as they would be allowed to do in a regular store. The Product intended for return or exchange should not show any signs of use (e.g., dirt, perfume smell, damage). If the returned goods are damaged or the tags have been removed, a decision will be made regarding whether and to what extent a refund will be issued.
- You can return the package via SmartPost or Omniva parcel machines. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
- If the customer fully withdraws from the purchase, we will also refund the shipping costs.
- The product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of sending the notice. THE INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE PRODUCT.
- To return a product, please send a notice of withdrawal from the contract to our email address dinascloset@gmail.com. Include the following information:
- To whom
- I hereby withdraw from the contract (order/invoice number) for the product (product code and size).
- Date of order / Date of receipt of the product
- Consumer's name
- Consumer's address
- Date
THE INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE PACKAGE.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
If the product you ordered is defective, please notify us immediately at dinascloset(at)gmail.com. In the case of factory defects or defects that we failed to notice, we will cover the shipping costs related to the return. (A copy of the receipt will be used for the refund. The receipt copy can be sent as an image file to our email at dinascloset@gmail.com
RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT:
- The cause of the defect that appears within 6 months from the date of delivery will be determined by the seller, after which (up to 2 years from the date of delivery) the burden of proof regarding the cause of the defect lies with the claimant, in agreement with the seller on the form of proof. Reasonable costs related to the proof shall be borne by the party against whom the proof is determined.
- According to the Law of Obligations Act §§ 222 and 223, the claimant may request the seller to:
- First, repair the item
- Replace the item if, in the seller's view, repair is not possible or incurs unreasonable costs
- In the case of significant defects (e.g., if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, or if this causes unreasonable inconvenience to the claimant), the claimant has the right to withdraw from the contract.
- Complaints can be submitted to dinascloset@gmail.com. Required information:
- Name and contact information
- Order/Invoice number
- Description of the defect and, if possible, add pictures.
Your complaint will be resolved according to the Law of Obligations Act (as stated under the right to file a complaint).
Dina’s Closet OÜ is not responsible for:
- Damage to the product due to the customer's fault
- If the defect arises after the product has been used for a purpose other than intended
- The natural wear and tear of the product during normal use
